How many steps a day to lose weight?
I'm trying to lose weight and I'm wondering how many steps I should take per day to achieve this goal. I know exercise is important, but I'm not sure exactly how many steps are needed for weight loss.
How many steps a day can you use a coin for?
I want to know the maximum number of steps I can take in a day using a coin. Is there a limit to how many times the coin can be used for counting steps or is it unlimited?
